finally found a B supplement that fits us. Its SCD, has reasonable level of vitamins, and includes both C and Zinc. Great product.

I like Freeda because they products both Kosher and SCD compliant

My wife and I try to stick to food and supplement products which are both Kosher and compliant with reliable Specific Carbohydrate Diet formulation. Some of Freeda's do both. That is good. The B complex has zinc and C, except when down with Covid, the zinc (adjunctive to quercetin, green tea extract or other zinc-affine supplements which the B complex doesn't include) is enough to forestall or lessen flu and Covid infections, and other viral threats. When you have the symptoms, though, up the zinc. So we also keep seperate zinc tablets on hand.

Little to no smell!

I've had a difficult time taking B Complex in the past. The smell makes me sick—so sick, I had to stop taking B Complex. However, Freeda B Complex comes in capsules, and the smell is almost nonexistent. I am beyond grateful to find a responsibly made B Complex that I can take with ease. Thank you, Freeda!
