Excited to find these
I am ordering these and will update this review once I have tried them, but wanted to comment on the other reviewer's concern about inositol. Below is Elaine's comment from the Breaking the Vicious Cycle website, so others will know this product would be approved by her. I hope this helps. I wanted to check it out before ordering to be sure. Notice her thoughts about small amounts in supplements.
"Inositol is a sugar alcohol. Sugar alcohols will
feed bacteria and that is something we do not want to do. Sugar alcohols generally cause diarrhea but small amounts in supplements are ok" - Elaine
